Job LocationThe Interventional Technologist position is located in Indianapolis, Indiana at the Community Heart and Vascular Hospital.Looking
for highly motivated, ambitious, team player to join our expanding and busy
area. Once orientation is complete, will be required to travel on occasion to
Community South and East to help. Mileage reimbursement and additional $3/hr
for travel incentive. Cross-training to cath lab will be expected once
orientation is complete.Job Duties
The Interventional Radiology Technologist will perform diagnostic angiographic procedures and completing complex vascular and non-vascular interventional procedures exams on inpatient, outpatient and emergency department
Reviews and gauges developed x-rays and CAT scans, explaining procedures and results to patients
ExperienceTwo years of Radiology clinical experience preferred. These two years can be obtained through participation in a JRCERT accredited Radioloic Technology training program. IR experience preferred.EducationHigh School Diploma or GED requiredLicenseRequired: Current ARRT (R) and current license as a Radiologic Technologist by the State of IndianaPreferred: ARRT(VI)Skills
Ability to work without direct supervision
Ability to work accurately and efficiently, under time constraints
Exhibits outstanding customer service skills
