Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Conducts and documents financial and business related analyses and research fields including financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, working capital and investment. Prepares a variety of complex, high visibility presentationsIdentifies financial problems or issues, researches solutions, and implements corrective steps to achieve higher level of efficiency. Works with management to provide decision support analysis.Focuses on business improvement initiatives, leads, and directs projects. Provides guidance to less experienced financial consultantsQualifications Requires a BS/BA in accounting or finance At least 3 years (Consultant) or 5 years (Consultant Senior) of budgeting, forecasting and accounting financial reporting experience with demonstrated upward mobility; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.Experience with financial systems including Hyperion Essbase and/or PeopleSoft preferred.MBA, CPA, CMA, FSA, and/or CFA preferred.among health insurers by Fortune magazine and has been named a 2019 Best Employers for Diversity by Forbes.
