Client Success AssociateTerraboost Media, an Omni-channel Media & Marketing company based here in Indianapolis is seeking to rapidly expand its team of Customer Success Account Executives to nurture & expand the relationships with our thousands of clients across the USA as we’ve rapidly increased our capability over the past several months and seek to demonstrate & extend value to the clients.Your role will be to defend and enhance our client’s best interests in every possible way:

Proactively ensure client’s advertising is properly installed and maintained

Suggest ways to improve the client’s advertising

Immediately address complaints or service/quality issues

Liaise between client, our service worker & location partner (retail stores) to resolve issues

Some selling opportunities - which can lead your career into the sales arena

You’ll be working exclusively with existing customers who will generally welcome your phone call and you will build meaningful relationships with. You will provide value to our customers by being responsive, thoroughly following through, and communicating with the client in a timely manner.We are located in a class A office building in the Castleton area, with plentiful free parking and amenities in the area. The job is Monday-Friday and we offer some flexibility in scheduling. We seek

Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal

Ideally, you’ll have 1+ year experience in fast-paced sales and/or customer success environment would be great- but not required

Responsibilities

Holistically understand the customers’ needs through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in-person meetings. These various account needs include: strategy, product understanding/adoption, billing, conflict resolution, collections, and all related customer service issues.

Partner with clients to configure an advertising solution that encompasses all of Terraboost Media’s products.

Liaise between the customer and internal teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or 3+ years of relevant experience preferred

Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite and able to learn new technology which will make your role more productive rapidly.

Benefits

$40-$45k base commensurate with experience, along with strategic performance bonus potential and commissions to potentially increase overall compensation to $60k+.
