DescriptionWork Days and Expected Hours:Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM(Additional hours as necessary to meet the objectives of the department).Function: Responsible for the coordination and oversight of large scale projects from inception to conclusion that reside within Trust Operations and Trust Services. These projects are intended to improve the business processes through efficiencies and effectiveness. This position will also learn the procedures, processes and policies of Wealth Management.Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage the overall project management and coordination of all large scale Trust Operations/Trust Services related projects and ensure that company resources are utilized appropriately and projects are properly approved.

Assists the Trust Operations Manager, Trust Operations Supervisor and Trust Services Team Leader in Trust Operations systems implementations and projects. Plans and coordinates project scheduling, RFP processes, project testing, and administrative tasks.

Maintain and track action items and performs follow-up for resolution.

Ensures that the assigned projects and scheduling of work follows to adhere to all associated corporate policies and any associated regulations.

Ensures all projects are properly documented as they progress and follow the bank’s project methodology and documentation standards, and change management requirements.

Will become trained and able to perform tasks within the various functional areas of Wealth Management:

Trust Operations Trust Services – Relationship Manager

Trust Investment Manager and Analyst –

Responsible to interface with internal audit, external auditing consultants as needed to provide appropriate and up to date documentation as requested.

Participates in the various Wealth Management Committee Meetings (Fiduciary, TIC, TAC, TOE) and or applicable task forces involved with project implementation, or business analytics, SOX, compliance, and audit controls.

Monitors industry literature, regulations and applies this information to the operations of Wealth Management.

Serves on the Trust Desk cash processing approval team and also an approver on the various workflows for Wealth Management. .

Will perform the necessary maintenance to the existing workflow forms for Wealth Management as well as assist with the creation of additional workflows to enhance efficiencies.

Will provide back-up supervision for the Trust Operations Team and the Trust Services Team in the absence of the Trust Operations Supervisor and the Trust Services Team Leader.

Maintains a good working relationship with bank employees in other departments. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently, as well as motivated to work as a team player to contribute to the success of the division and in turn, the organization.

Performs additional duties as required.

Physical DemandsJob requires periodic physical effort; continuity of effort working with office equipment or the computer. May require broader movements in a slow cycle. Desk work with activities including carrying boxes of paper, supplies etc. Occasional travel may be required to other Wealth Management locations for training and staff observations.
