Description/Job SummaryVSI (Vonachen Services Inc) a Vonachen family company, is looking to fill a Supervisor position at an industrial location in Franklin, IN.Responsibilities/DutiesEssential responsibilities of this position will include training, coaching, quality control, scheduling, and ensuring that safety procedures are followed. This position will be the front line customer contact for our accounts and so strong relationship management skills are required. Flexibility in working hours is important as this position will require availability during second and third shift for employee relations, though the majority of the duties will occur on first shift.Required SkillsSuccessful candidates will have 2-4 years of supervisory experience, a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, fork truck experience and ability to motivate employees to do their very best. Also key is the ability to pass a background check, work independently, the possession of personal initiative and strong customer service skills.
