Hysterium Haunted Asylum is holding auditions for the 2020 season. Want to be a part of a great fun crew?

Auditions are easy. Just show us a minute or two of your personality and show us you can improvise. It is easy!

If you act all nights you will be paid up over $525.
.
The following dates and times are set and everyone MUST audition:
.
SUNDAY September 6 from 12 NOON - 2PM and also 6PM - 8PM
.
SUNDAY Sept 13 from 2:00PM - Auditions.
.
There will be one mandatory actor training on Sunday Sept 13 following 2PM auditions. Training will be until 7pm.

The haunted house season starts on Thursday, Sept 24 with the dress rehearsal with FREE friends and family invited for that as well as the media. There is no per diem paid for that night which is 2 hours long. The per diem expenses is paid for each full performance night the actors act at the haunt. We will be open every Friday and Saturday from Friday Sept 25 till Oct 31 from 7-12 midnight. There are two Thursdays, Oct 22 and 29 from 7-10pm. . A generous expense per diem will be paid to all volunteer actors for each night performed and any part nights will be pro-rated.

We will train anyone that is willing to learn and be a part of the team. We will be following US CDC and Indiana Health rules for Covid-19. Actors will have to wear a Covid-19 mask (we supply) and keep social distancing as per everywhere else.

Perks include free admission for family and friends into Hysterium. T-shirts are also awarded each night to special performers.

Our team usually visits several other haunted houses in the region and all trips with the team include free admission, some gas money in car pools, and occasionally food as well.
.
A wrap up party is held after the season with free food, activities, and awards.
