Our client is seeking a Senior Service Desk Specialist who will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software including a custom iOS app. The Service Desk Specialist will also be responsible for SCCM Administration. Which will include imaging and task sequencing, application packaging, and Windows Updates management.Desired Skills:? Bachelor?s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience ? Two years of experience in a Help Desk/Service Desk environment ? Two years of experience with MS SCCM; preferred with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager certification (70-703, 70-696, or 70-243) ? One year managing workstation Windows Updates (SCCM) ? Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office Experience: Word, Excel, PowerPoint ? One year of AirWatch, Intune, or other MDM administration experience ? Experience supporting iOS devices ? Experience working with commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures related to servers, networks, applications, and hardware ? Two years of experience utilizing call management software & monitoring tools - such as ServiceNow ?
