We are looking for a responsible, reliable maintenance person to work at our property to handle occupied work orders, vacant rehabs, and other misc work. Carpentry experience is a must. Experience in minor plumbing, electric and HVAC is very helpful. Basic tools and transportation are required.
We offer competitive hourly pay rates based on your experience level. Paid vacations/holidays. Sorry, no insurance or retirement benefits offered.
