Shield Exteriors is growing rapidly and is in immediate need of a
Measure/maintenance Man for metal roofing
If you are organized, reliable, and motivated then this is the opportunity for you!
You would be responsible for measuring up a job site after the metal roof has been sold for ordering and installation.
This would Entail
Driving to multiple job sites each day
Able to walk on some steep pitches
Accurately measure all roof dimensions, panel lengths and trim lengths
Ability to distinguish boot sizes and types and understand scope of work.
Ability to identify problems i.e. flashing details, decking problems,skylights types and sizes.
Ability to accurately measure roof pitches.
Ability to clearly take several pictures of home, roof system, chimneys, problem areas and upload to computer software as well as the ability to do small repairs
Requirements:
Highly reliable
Hard Worker
Attention to detail
Ability to drive long distances
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to use basic power tools, metal sweep, and any other supplies required
What to expect:
COMPANY VEHICLE and GAS CARD.
