JOB SUMMARY:

The relocation coordinator focuses on arranging services related to the relocation process, interacts with agents and operations personnel, and communicates regularly with customers. Maintains system updates and documents all procedures in the Atlas System. Provide timely & exceptional customer service during the relocation process. Tracks all stages of the relocation & contacts various vendors to ensure servicing parties understand all move management requirements. Emphasis on tracking and managing shipment costs in a profitable manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provide clear and direct communication with customers, accounts and international & domestic agency partners

2. Manage expense to ensure profitability of each relocation

3. Collect and properly record pertinent shipment details in company database

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred

Possess a minimum of 2 years sales, customer or community service experience

Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate and work well with others in a cooperative and upbeat manner.

Excellent written and oral communication skills required

Must be a strong problem solver, self-starter, and able to work within strict deadlines.

Proven ability to provide excellent customer service skills.

Ability to relate to customers, vendors, and internal employees at all levels.

Displayed sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure

Must be detail oriented with focus on accuracy
