We are looking for an Advanced Technical Support Engineer. This role has some customer service to it with needing to call on clients and sometimes traveling to where they are to work on some projects.
The ideal candidate would have the following:
- 5 years of experience in computer support in a business to business environment
- Computer certifications such as A+, Network +, and MCP
- Strong knowledge of operating system such as windows 7, 10 and Microsoft windows server
- Ability to drive to clients in the local area on an as-need basis (expenses will be reimbursed)
Macintosh not required, but helpful
