Based In Bloomington Indiana, I am seeking an agent as a real estate specialist to help me search for Central Indiana Investment properties, and then expanding our horizons from there. Truly, there exists no limits as to what can be accomplished in local, state and area Midwest investing. Whether we continue our search of Sheriff Sales, Tax Sales, or Owner Abandonment, there continues to be a supply of inventory that require steady research and analysis. Funds are on hand and available to continue our investment pattern for some time to come.
Candidate needs to have at a minimum, a few years of real estate experience, be licensed, and be a member of at least one local board of realtor affiliation. Experience with Excel, Word, and Normal Industry Google Searches a must, along with basic knowledge of local board of realtor search and data programs like Clareity and Paragon, similarly operated by the Black Knight Software Company.
As an investor, I have office space available, and can furnish a vehicle for local travel when required. Most of the time, the position involves working from home, and the usual Sunday attendance at open houses representing our inventory. Model home hours during the week, are a definite possibility. I am seeking the motivated individual who has their sights set on a 75 to 100 thousand dollar per year income as a minimum, that understands earning a significant paycheck is all about obtaining results.
