HR Generalist

Description We are in search of an HR Generalist to join our team in the service industry, based in Bloomington, Minnesota. This role primarily involves managing job postings, overseeing applicant flow, and ensuring managers are taking appropriate action. Additionally, you will assist with benefits administration, employee relations, and the handling of sensitive questions. This role involves the use of ADP for updates and changes, and requires a solutions-oriented individual able to function with minimal direction.
