Job Description
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Start Date: immediate positions available
- Salary: starting salary based on prior skills & experience
- Opening: PM Shift ( 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm) with every other weekend rotation
- Full-time and Part-time opportunities
- Day and NOC shift also available
Qualifications
What we need from you:- LPN license in IL
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
- Experience with the memory care population preferred
- Electronic medical records experience (Point Click Care or PCC) preferred
