Leading "Home Improvement Company" seeks "Energetic Leader" to join our team!
We are seeking and experienced event and promotional expert to grow our Springfield IL & Surrounding Areas.
Initial Responsibilities:
Identify, book and coordinate appropriate shows and festivals.
Plan, administrate and execute show strategy (order materials, distribute, equip).
Hire, train, rehearse, manage and retain up to 10 "Brand Ambassadors" to work the events
Coordinate set up and tear down of show booth materials.
Maintain mall displays - rent right space, negotiate and leverage.
Generate 7,000 + leads that will $3 Million of Sales to be extraordinary.
Schedule 80% of leads, most on day of contact.
Rewards:
Base salary of $40,000 or more depending on experience.
Bonus and commission opportunity based on performance.

Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability/desire to perform in high pressure, fast growth retail company environment.
Comfortable meeting and talking to people. Extroverted personality.
Must be willing and able to work evenings and weekends.
A clean driving record and must pass a background check.
