The Scoular Company is currently seeking a hard-working individuals to fill a Seasonal Facility Operations role. This position will last for 4-8 months. This position could turn into a full time position for the right person with full benefits, health, dental, vision, 401K. Responsibilities include:
-Providing housekeeping services at the facility
-Weighing, grading, loading and unloading grain to and from trucks
-Loading of trains
-Maintaining the facility and equipment
Qualifications should include:
-Pass pre-employment physical and drug and alcohol testing
-Must be able to work in an environment with grain dust and weather extremes
-Must be able to stand on hard surfaces for long periods of time
-Must be able to climb ladders of various heights
-Must be able to work in confined / tight spaces
-Must be able to perform strenuous physical labor at times in excess of two hours
-Must be able to work nights and weekends as needed
-Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license
-Mechanical ability is a plus
