The Sr. Brand Manager, Marketing is responsible for crafting the long-term strategy of several of our “core” product lines / core brands which may include Goldbears, Happy Cola, Twin Snakes and/or other HARIBO brands for HARIBO of America. Working with internal and external partners, the Sr. Brand Manager, Marketing will help build product differentiation, market positioning, create superior brand propositions, and execute integrated marketing plans. Specifically, they will define the brand's pricing, packaging, trade merchandising, innovation pipeline, advertising, and promotion strategies ensuring the achievement of profit, volume, and market share objectives. The Sr. Brand Manager, Marketing will drive demand for the HARIBO of America business and play an integral role in product initiatives, brand health tracking, marketing plan execution, and field sales communication.
