Job Responsibilities:
Completes field work, equipment maintenance, and grain facility maintenance.
Job Duties:
Operate tractor pulling grain cart during harvest
Operate tractor pulling tillage implement
Drive semi to haul grain and possibly haul water during spraying
Assist with equipment maintenance to prepare for harvest and planting
Help with grain facility maintenance (must not be afraid of heights)
Wash equipment
Other miscellaneous farm hand tasks
Job Qualifications:
Experience operating heavy and / or farm machinery preferred
Must have valid drivers license, CDL is a plus
Must be willing to work long hours and weekends during busy seasons (mainly fall and spring)
Must be able to handle a flexible schedule thats dependent on weather
