Litigation Paralegal

DescriptionRobert Half Legal is in search of a Litigation Paralegal for a client located in the southwestern suburb of Orland Park, Illinois. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience working in a similar role in a law firm setting. Salary for this position is dependent on the experience level of the applicant, but for the perfect candidate, could pay up tp $50k.How you will make an impact:-Communicating and tracking case related dates, meetings, and information-Maintaining and organizing internal documents and databases-Reviewing and preparing legal documents, reports, and correspondence for clients and outside counsel-Assisting in the process of drafting, proofing, editing, and filing court briefings-Calendaring all events, meetings, and deadlines for supported attorneys-Organizing and assisting pre-travel, daily travel, and post-travel, court, and vendor logistics-Aiding in witness preparation, direct examination, and cross examination binders-Drafting and finalizing stipulationsRequirements-A minimum of 2 years experience working as a Litigation Paralegal-Comfortable working in a fast paced environment and being able to work under deadline-Strong communication skills, both written and oral-Familiar with Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, and Excel-Comfortable working independently and in a team-settingIf interested in this position, please send resume to [email protected] - Thank you!Located in major North American and global markets, Robert Half Legal is the premier provider of legal staffing and consulting solutions on a full-time, project, and temporary basis, serving both law firms and corporate legal departments.
