- Strong knowledge of SAP Hierarchy, General Ledger (GL), Special Ledger (SL), Asset Accounting(AA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), basic ABAP debugging skills are a plus
- Strong configuration skills in the above FI modules and knowledge of applicable master data (Hierarchy, G/L accounts, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Report Painter/writer)
- Develop detailed functional design documents; develop and execute test scripts; support business with UAT, technical cutover activities and issue resolution during hyper care
- Influence business-process-related decisions, offer solution alternatives for optimization, simplification, and standardization of architecture, as well as integration with non-SAP legacy systems.
- Ability to identify solution gaps and disconnects in existing solutions; ability to work with the on- and off-shore development teams to explain the proposed design and share best practices
- Experience working in a support team environment with a combination of project work (change request) and support (tickets)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to diverse audience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or Information Systems
- Start time 7am cst, remote work allowed due to COVID but once they return to the corporate headquarters the candidate but be present in Moline, IL
- Proficient knowledge of SAP S4/HANA SAP GL and AA
- Experience delivering products using Agile methodology.
- At least 2 full life cycle implementation
- Advanced degree or Certification in SAP FI/CO
