The ideal candidate will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, demonstrate strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, along with the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. We are looking for a self-motivated and polished Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment to support “C” level executives. The Executive Assistant will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion; and, at times, must be able to work under pressure, exercise discretion while handling a wide variety of activities and confidential matters. Key strengths for this role include strong interpersonal skills, accountability, proven capability of thinking through and finding solutions when needed, high attention to detail, the ability to prioritize and be proactive.  Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 are desired.Location: Mettawa with some travel requiredResponsibilities:

Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for assigned “C” level executives including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes highly confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.

Coordinates the execution of strategic initiatives and successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach that facilitates assigned leaders’ ability to effectively perform their roles.

Demonstrated ability to organize and manage projects, meetings, and events.

Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.

Recognize and maintain confidentiality along with other duties as assigned Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred

5+ years’ executive level administration experience

Experience managing various C Suite executives required

Extensive project management skills required

Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments

Effective, versatile and action oriented

Excellent analytical, communication, creativity and organization/planning skills

Impeccable managerial and interpersonal skills 

Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management 

Microsoft 365 skills required
