Job Description
A clinically competent, registered, professional nurse who prescribes, delegates and coordinates nursing care to the hospitalized patient through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation. Effectively interacts with patient, significant others, and other health team members, while maintaining ANA standards of professional nursing practice. This nurse functions in a leadership, overseeing daily unit operations, staff, and care delivery, utilizing a staff focused leadership model.Qualifications
Requirements: General: Recent hospital experience and/or previous nursing practice experience preferred; Minimum: 3 years; Preferred: At least two year's experience in pertinent clinical specialty. Education: General: Proficient in English. Verbal and written communication skills, and computer skills required.; Minimum: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN required. Licensure: General: Licensed or eligible for licensing in Illinois as a Registered Nurse; Minimum: LIC RN,CERT BLSAdditional Information
