The Manager of Product Operations will play a critical role in optimizing Acuity’s New Product Development processes and Systems and will also lead strategic projects and programs, from planning to delivery. This role will provide exposure to senior executives and could lead to a future position as a product manager, engineering cell lead, or with the ABS team.As a Manager of Product Operations, you will contribute by:

Lead kaizen events and improve the product development process (PDS).

Deliver complex system implementations and other strategic programs.

Manage the Product Data Management (PDM) committee and system decisions.

Support training, day-to-day PDS process maintenance and user support activities.

Coordinate the Business Case approval meetings, attended by Acuity’s leadership team.

Qualified candidates for the Manager of Product Operations role will have:

Undergraduate degree and three to six years of work experience in engineering, marketing, operations of product management.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence.

Willingness and interest in learning Lean, ABS and Program Management skills.
