Participate in peer code reviews and follow the firmware coding standards. Actively participate in cross-functional design teams to deliver new or redesigned products. Responsible for evaluating and making design recommendations regarding Lighting Control products. Responsible for evaluating and making recommendations regarding new electronic components and technologies that have the potential to be implemented into new products.
