Seeking Part-time, experienced handymen and painters to work directly for long-time Licensed General Contractor completing the following types of work in nice, well-maintained apartment buildings in Evanston, near Northwestern University:
assorted light handyman work (e.g., installing window blinds, reinstalling bathroom towel bars, replacing light bulbs);
interior patch and spot painting in apartments;
exterior painting of two exterior porches and balcony's;
plus an assortment of other handyman work.
Applicant should have own tools and vehicle.
1099 Independent Sub-contractor, not an employee at least initially during trial period.
Only nonsmokers; no smoking or chew tobacco.
