What We'll Bring:TransUnion is in the early stages of a global technology transformation with a primary focus on a move to the cloud. As a member of the Vulnerability Management team (and the overarching Attack Surface Reduction team), you'll be responsible for leading vulnerability management efforts in this new environment and defend the company's growing attack surface.What You'll Bring:What You'll Bring:
- 2+ years of professional experience in Application Security or Vulnerability Management
- 1+ year of professional experience in Cloud Security
- Prior contribution to the implementation of container security tools in an enterprise environment
- Prior involvement in the development and implementation of security tools in a multi-cloud hybrid environment
- Experience developing policies and standards modeled around industry benchmark providers (i.e. CIS, DISA)
- Working knowledge of vulnerability management and security testing lifecycles, processes and procedures
- Fundamental understanding of accepted security practices, known attack vectors and vulnerability assessment methodologies
- Ability to operate with minimal oversight in a fast-paced and, at times, nuanced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Scripting and automation abilities
- Experience with automation & orchestration around security
- Possess or willingness to obtain one of the following certifications (or similar): AWS Certified Security - Specialty, Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate, GPEN, GWAPT, OSCP
- Develop and implement robust vulnerability management capabilities in TransUnion's cloud environments
- Contribute to the development and direction of policies and standards around Cloud and Container Security
- Identify gaps in current vulnerability management processes and recommend areas for improvement
- Provide regular updates on progress against strategic goals and objectives
