Title: Solution ArchitectLocation:Chicagoland (Remote Start)Duration: 6 months with potential for extension
Solution Architect Must have experiece with deplying products/solutions in the Real Estate Management / Property Management industry. Responsibilities:- Lead the design and development of solutions to provide overall technical vision
- Work closely with C-level and stakeholders from business and technical side to deliver solutions
- Develop enterprise level solutions that integrate across applications, systems and platforms
- Work with off-shore development and testing teams
- Hands-on experience deploying products/solutions
- Experience in the information technology to include business architecture, information architecture & strategy, strategic planning in a large global corporation.
- Experience in an architectural or design capacity for 'large scale' enterprise systems.
- Strong organizational, facilitation and critical thinking abilities, to assess complex problems, analyze options, navigate diverse perspectives and objectives and develop acceptable Enterprise application and governance solutions.
- Significant customer technical integration experience, including analysis, design, and support of integrations and/or software (direct consulting experience is a plus)
- Possesses expertise across multiple architecture domains, forward- thinking, and well-versed in emerging technologies and trends
- Experience in creating and successfully leading delivery teams
- Experience of managing product delivery
- Excellent interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization
- Experience leading discussions with both business and technical staff to analyze and determine solution design, processes, and requirements
- Experience with a broad range of technology and platforms. Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new frameworks, platforms, systems, and technologies
- Extensive experience in architecting enterprise products
- Experience working in Agile development environment
- The ability to lead diverse groups to achieve common objective
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, time management, organizational and interpersonal skills required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing
