Join our Recruitment team! We seek an Assistant Recruiter to support the Partners. The successful candidate will aid in the professional, and occasionally personal, aspects of daily activities. Assist the Partners with scheduling and organization, clerical functions, special projects, and travel arrangements. Assist with writing and designing presentations for special engagements. Provide administrative support for industry meetings and corporate functions to include contact with high level clients.

DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES:

-Aid the Partners with the professional, and occasionally personal, aspects of daily activities.

-Receive and place phone calls on behalf of the Partners to a variety of candidates and clients, including executive-level professionals.

-Manage business contacts, calendar, schedules and appointments for the Partners

-Plan and coordinate travel arrangement for the Partners

-Prepare agendas, notices, and various other documents for internal meetings

-Complete research using the internet and past company documents

-Type and design general correspondence, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, etc.

-Communicate directly with the staff members, on behalf of the Partners and relay messages and intentions

-Support the Office Manager when available with administrative tasks such as document creation, organization of programs, events, meetings or conferences.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Bachelors Degree required; History, Philosophy, Psychology, or other writing-intensive degree preferred.

-Minimum 1 year of professional administrative experience

-Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)

-Attention to detail and organization

-Initiative and Reliability

-Stress tolerance

-Ability to multitask

-Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

-Experience developing ways of accomplishing goals with little or no supervision, depending on oneself to complete objectives and determining when escalation of issues is necessary.

-Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using AVERAGE function, merging and centering cells, printing centered page and/or creating a pivot table).

-Advanced level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: changing picture styles, customizing animation and/or setting automatic slide timings).

-Advanced level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: adding developer tab, creating a macro, formatting table style, inserting comments and/or creating a mail merge).
