Dutch & Doc's a BOKA Restaurant Group concept directly across from the friendly confines of Wrigly Field, is seeking Seasonal Line Cooks for baseball season (April - October)!
Boka Restaurant Group was founded by Rob Katz and Kevin Boehm in 2003 and has become one of the premier chef-driven restaurant groups in the country. Anchored by partnerships with some of America's greatest chefsStephanie Izard, Giuseppe Tentori, Chris Pandel, Lee Wolen, and Jimmy PapadopoulosBRG has over 16 entities (and more forthcoming!) each of them crafted individually and conceptually unique.
Line Cooks:
Must have at least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
Must have true passion for food and hospitality
Must be willing to work long extended hours and late nights.
