Salt Creek is searching for a Sous Chef to work with our amazing team of cooks and staff. The job will include all regular duties of a sous chef such as:
Managing the team of cooks
Quality control and consistency
Daily food ordering
Food cost management
This will be a working position, not an office position. The job will be working with the staff on the line to ensure quality and oversight of the kitchen staff. We are a small restaurant focused on extremely high quality, and as such we have a small team that everyone works daily together. We use local farms for our foods, and we make everything by hand every day.
