Seeking an experienced Chef / Kitchen Manager to oversee our kitchen operations. We are a lunch and dinner operation right next to Millennium Park. We are looking for someone to help us re brand, and launch a new restaurant bar in the loop. Candidate must possess at least 2 years of kitchen management experience along with strong knowledge of inventory management, labor controls, ordering, menu changes, menu creation, and staff training. Must have excellent communication skills to handle all situations, and be responsible. Experienced only apply.
This is a full-time position at a high volume lunch and dinner establishment. Weekends are required. Salary negotiable based on experience.
