Role:The Senior Recruiting Manager is responsible for all salaried hiring across our Supply Chain functions: Logistics, Warehousing, Transportation, Commercialization, External Manufacturing, and Procurement. This role will manage full cycle recruiter(s) in their day to day activities including creating action plans for staffing issues, establishing analytical reporting, and advancing ad-hoc projects for continuous improvement.Primary Responsibilities
Create and execute staffing strategy in collaboration with HR Leads
Create established talent pipelines
Act as primary liaison with HR Leads to provide regular updates on the progress of open requisitions
Manage and coach junior Talent Acquisition team members
Adhere to all legal aspects of interviewing and other compliance needs
Take part in TA projects to grow and develop best practices within Kraft Heinz
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years’ experience in recruitment required;
Experience recruiting for Logistics, Supply Chain and Procurement business functions preferred
1-3 years of management experience is required
Experience recruiting for senior level talent
Workday Recruiter experience a plus
