Provide strategic insight to the Digital Nexus technology Delivery Group leadership team regarding future staffing, skills mix and availability

Manage resource requests by validating requirements and schedule appropriately and propose assigned resources with current or near-term availability to high probability opportunities that align with their skills, professional goals, and/or staffing preferences and meets the skill requirements of the assignment

Set goals, offer feedback, source developmental opportunities and provide long-term career guidance to counselees and others across the department

Successfully negotiate staffing conflicts through creative staffing solutions and alternatives and escalates sensitive or high-risk staffing situations as appropriate

Advise assigned resources and Business Relationship Management (BRM) on how best to navigate and engage in the resource management processes, and make recommendations for improved outcomes; actively maintain one-on-one relationships with assigned resources in order to develop detailed understanding of individual skills and capabilities, as well as goals and preferences

Maintain a high level of proficiency in the resource management tools and fully defines and utilizes Dashboards and reporting

Qualifications:

Minimum five years’ experience with Information Technology/Resource Management

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university

Ability to manage and resolve complex and sensitive situations and able to multi-task and prioritize tasks appropriately

Capability to work both independently and collaboratively with large teams and to manage confidential information appropriately and professionally

Strong competency in core professional skills, especially: attention to detail, responsiveness, follow-through, flexibility, initiative, and tact with strong verbal/written communication, and ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority

Able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and team work
