Manage the support activities for the SAP designated process; provide application support and maintenance including resolving defects, working on enhancements, integration and migration to production; manage user acceptance testing and help to ensure smooth transport of code to the regional environments
Interact with member firms and end users to resolve incidents by developing workarounds, submitting defects, and change requests
Manage tickets in ServiceNow and provide documentation for incident and problem reports, effectively coordinating support escalation communication with business, service desk, and technical teams; monitor the intake of incidents and allocate tickets to junior support resources
Write functional specifications for change requests, creating test plans, process documentation, and conducting user training; develop functional specification documentation and provide solutions based on the Business requirements; accountable for accuracy and completeness of documentation to support change requests
Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and replicate incidents to develop coding resolutions; perform data extraction to support business and audit needs of the firm; may lead resources and multiple projects simultaneously
Work with other SAP functional and technical teams to support application and interfaces while working with consultants to resolve incidences and global resources on defects and non-regional configurations; support SAP Finance functionality, specifically in areas like Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger, internal orders, and fixed assets interfaces
Qualifications:
A minimum of five years of recent experience with project documentation, ServiceNow, JIRA, HP Quality Center, BMC Remedy or similar; HP Quality Center, along with knowledge of ITIL processes
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
Experience working with SAP technical and functional teams in a complex SAP environment; experience working directly with member firms to deliver, implement, adopt, and support technologies used by our businesses
Hands on experience with data migration, IDOC Processing, Interfaces, Integration with other modules like FI, CRM, HCM
Basic knowledge of ABAP and debugging is required
Experience with SAP FICO modules including month-end and year-end close activities as well as integration with COPA, Concur, SD and MM
