Individual will have exposure to full P&L and will participate in BU wide projects and initiatives. Opportunity to contribute analytics and provide input on key strategies and plans across the categories within the business unit. Key Components of the role

Lead the Foodservice BU in planning and forecasting processes and routines including monthly KHC Business Management cycle, major forecasts, strategic plan, and Annual Operating Plan.

Serve as an advocate in financial planning and accounting matters (e.g., financial reporting, cost allocations) and process improvement opportunities.

Maintain scorecards of actual and expected business performance.

Review regularly with the Channel Finance and Revenue Management teams to identify risks and opportunities, and mitigation of risks pertaining to pricing actions and sensitivities.

Review actual cost allocation methods to ensure that they are consistent and accurately depict actual costs incurred by each channel of the BU.

Liaise with other functional groups supporting the business, including Sales, Marketing, R&D, Operations Finance, to identify issues impacting the business and develop recommendations for improvement.

Publish additional financial analyses as requested by the businesses.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and/or advanced degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field

7-10+ years’ experience in a complex, dynamic environment with escalating levels of responsibility (previous CPG/Food & Bev experience preferred)

Ability to lead and coach a high performing team of varying levels of seniority (previous people management and leadership experience required)

FiT and SAP skills desired

Prior Category, Corporate FP&A and/or BU experience preferred

Demonstrated strong analytical skills and broad business acumen

Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

Ability to work autonomously and think independently

Excel technical skills along with systems agility

Ability to recognize opportunities to simplify processes and create efficiencies
