Looking for a licensed property manager with extensive retail and office commercial property management experience to manage a 70,000 square foot building in the heart of downtown Danville, Illinois
- 10% property management fee based on gross income negotiable and payable to licensed manager monthly
- Substantial office, warehousing and retail commercial leasing experience required - landlord will pay full leasing brokerage fees payable out of rent / deposit checks upon execution of lease
- Law enforcement / military background A+
- Must be skilled at commercial evictions
- Must have accounting background / Yardi experience
- Must be self starter, leasing fees and management fees amount to monthly. If you know the business you can make a substantial income out of running and operating the property correctly for out of state / international ownership group
Looking for independent contractors only with commission only real estate back ground. Must have your own seasoned property management company already experienced in property management
