Seeking a hard working individual that's not afraid to put in a hard days work.
This position is very intense labor work, and at times in extreme weather conditions.
If your one of those persons that can't be at work on time, has an excuse for everything, constantly complains, try's telling us how to run our business, or can not put the cell phone away and falling asleep then don't bother.
High School education not required if you can follow directions.
You must not be on any prescribed medication that may effect your ability to work around heavy machinery that cause's drowsiness or illness working in extreme cold or heat.
You must be able to work quickly and stay focused on the job at hand, follow strict safety requirements which means get plenty of rest prior to the next work day.
Alcohol and drugs will NOT be tolerated while on the job.
If caught stealing, I WILL FILE CRIMINAL CHARGES! NO EXCEPTIONS!
Paid every week on Friday evenings.
Work schedule is Monday 7:00am til about 1:30pm, Wednesday 4:00am till about 4:00pm, Thursday 7:00am till about 1:00pm and Friday 4:00am till about 3:30pm.
You will be paid for 39 hours at $11.50 per hour minus 30 min. lunch break and 2 15 min. breaks.
Your pay will be for 39 hours even if your super fast and get the week done in less time.
If the work takes longer than 39 hours your dragging and I can not use you.

For those on public aid or owe child support, I submit new hire reports to Springfield on each employee hired.
If your looking to be paid under the table with cash, don't bother. I take out State, Federal, Medicare and Social Security Withholding.
I carry workers Comp. insurance for work related injuries.
I also pay Illinois Unemployment Insurance in case your laid off for no reason of your own.
If you quit before the end of any work week. Your hours will be calculated and paid for those hours only on the following Friday. You will need to come and get your final pay. No pay will be mailed.
If No show or call in, I will assume you quit. You will be paid for only the hours you worked on the following Friday.
