Order Fulfillment and Logistics Specialist
Orflo Technologies is as innovative, life science company that designs and manufactures portable cell
analyzers for genomics, cancer research, and NASA. We offer excellent benefits and are currently
seeking a full-time, experienced Order Fulfillment and Logistics Specialist with a positive, energetic
attitude.
Job Duties:
Customer Service
ï· Interface with customers, distributors, and sales reps to create quotations and enter purchase
orders
ï· Coordinate customer orders with production to help fulfill on-time delivery requirements
ï· Receive and process phone and website orders
Shipping
ï· Process and ship orders destined for domestic and international locations in accordance with
commercial, regulatory, and customer requirements
ï· Ensure shipments are properly packed using appropriate materials and labeling
Desired Qualifications and Skills:
ï· Experience with a CRM system such as Salesforce
ï· Experience with using an ERP system for processing orders
ï· Proficient with Microsoft Office software
ï· Excellent phone, email, and communication skills
