The Lochsa Lodge is currently looking for Lead Line Cooks who can take responsibility and lead the kitchen through a busy shift in the absence of the chef. Creative opportunities with daily specials and regular weekends (two days off together). Full time 40 hour work week with room for overtime for special events. Applicants should have at least one year of fast paced line cooking experience with the ability to hit temperatures on burgers and steaks. The Lodge offers a fun fast paced work environment with countless opportunities for outdoor recreation. Seasonal position through October with the potential of year round employment for the right individual. Housing provided on site.
