DescriptionRobert Half Finance and Accounting is partnering with our client to staff a Payroll/HR Administrator to contribute to the production of accurate and timely payroll for employees, communicate effectively, and deliver strong internal customer service while working in a deadline-driven environment. This full-time employment opportunity is based in the Garden City, Idaho area. The Human Resources side of this will be verifying employment, as well as I-9's, and some other HR administrative duties. Act now and submit an application today!Responsibilities
Manage quarterly and year-end payroll reports
Be of help to staff with PTO accruals, wage deductions, fringe benefits, general questions related to payroll, and other pay related issues
Work in partnership Information Technology, Human Resources, and other internal business partners to ensure security protocols for pay systems
Manage data entered by others in the payroll software to include, but not limited to salary/wage increases, benefit deductions, employee termination dates, and employee leaves of absence under FMLA or other unpaid leave
Formulate systems and protocols to direct the collection, calculation and entering of pay data
Direct regular payroll reporting as required and assist with financial audits related to pay records and associated general ledger
Requirements
Strong familiarity with Full Cycle Payroll
Employment Verifications experience
Knowledge of HR Payroll System
Benefits payroll experience desired
Skill in garnishments, processing liens, and various withholdings
2+ years of payroll experience
Must have experience working with an HRIS system and high proficiency with spreadsheets
