Community Site Manager - Full Time Position (Idaho Falls, ID)

An Industry Leader of Multifamily Housing has an immediate opening for an experienced property manager or landlord. Bring your knowledge and experience to join our team in Idaho Falls, Idaho 83404.

IMMEDIATE OPENING for experienced Community Site or On-Site Manager at Elk Creek Senior Apartments. A great opportunity with an established, stable, management firm. Successful candidate will have experience in affordable federal housing programs or other federal housing programs preferred. Must be proficient in software applications, and possess basic math skills.

Our Community Site or On-Site Manager will have organizational abilities to assist them while learning HOME & LIHTC Regulations. Working as a team with all members to optimize the owner's asset is our goal. Community Site or On-Site Manager must be able to have good reasoning and problem solving skills to deal with conflicting situations. Communication, customer service and attention to detail are also important skills.

Community Site or On-Site Manager Position requires a strong leadership, problem solving, and time management in addition to the following: (Not all -encompassing)

Supervising Maintenance Staff

Maintaining occupancy

Administering Low Income Housing HOME & LIHTC certifications

Leasing of property

Resident retention programs

Working with language barriers

Accounting of daily deposits

Maintaining accurate reports and records

Candidate must have good organizational skills, time management, communication and demonstrated customer service skills, professional appearance, and experience supervising other team members are needed for this position.
