Duties:
Involve being assigned to work in various facilities and homes, geographically located throughout Eastern Idaho! Primary responsibilities will vary depending on setting. Some of our homecare clients require foot care while our facility clients would require passing medications to residents and doing treatments. Must be a quick starter with some orientation provided, able to work independently, able to exercise good judgment and ask for help if needed, able to assist others and work as a team player. An excellent attitude, professional demeanor, impeccable reliability and ability to be resourceful are all positive attributes for this position!
Requirements:
Allergy Clinic experience desired (Not a requirement)
1 year min working exp, in the last 3 years, in a clinic, long term care, rehab or ALF
Current LPN Licensure in Idaho
2 positive professional/clinical references
Current BLS
Current TB/Health Clearance - dated within the last year
Pre Employment Drug Screen
Fingerprint based Criminal Background Check
