LOFT 745, a log-cabin events venue and garden located between Rigby and Idaho Falls on Hwy 20, seeks to hire 2-5 dependable part-time employees to work on-site as Event Staff. As Loft 745 properties continue to book a diverse array of interests and needs, we need reliable, collaborative, friendly, and helpful staff to assist us in offering the best venue experience for our guests in a collaborative and professional fashion. We are looking to hire and train new Event Staff before August 1, 2019. Work would be less than 20 hours a week, and the pay hourly, commensurate to experience.
Most of our events are evenings and weekends, and each offers its own combination of set-up, decorating, attention to detail, customer service, problem solving, occasional kitchen and bussing duties, hosting, and tear-down/janitorial work. Event Staff must be able to lift and carry heavy objects and able to stand for long hours. Ideal candidates will be hard-working, team players, have a positive and professional attitude, and be clear and helpful problem-solvers and communicators.
