McCain Foods is accepting applications for a Ingredient Mixer Attendant to work a 12-hour night shift (7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.) at the Burley, Idaho plant.The Ingredient Mixer Attendant- batter line is responsible for ensuring that the proper blend of ingredients is combined to formulate a consistent batter for application to the potato base product. The person in this position monitors, evaluates and regulates mechanical operations and technical procedures to ensure proper blend of ingredients is applied to the product.Successful candidates will have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior experience in a potato processing facility is a plus. Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Must have ability to effectively present information before groups of customers or employees. Must have ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.Compensation includes a competitive hourly wage and excellent benefits.McCain Foods is a drug free workplace.
