Xactimate experience is REQUIRED

Position Responsibilities:
Estimate projects using Xactimate
Responsible for all aspects of project planning
Meet with customers and insurance adjusters to discuss project details
Inspect damage and prepare scope of repairs/mitigation
Submit estimates to customers and insurance companies
Meet the performance, schedule, and budget of every project
Keep accurate progress notes, and photo documentation
Manage team, verifying work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to estimate
Respond to after hours and emergency calls
Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of supplies
Review monthly invoices associated with each project
Resolve any discrepancies with subcontractors or material vendors
Conduct safety meetings and safety inspections
Position Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of Project Management and Estimator experience
Proficient understanding of Xactimate
Experience with Gmail and Google Calendar
Sales orientated
Maintain positive relationships with employees, customers, subcontractors, and insurance companies
Manage multiple projects
Participate in on-call rotation
Valid Driver’s License
Preferred:
IICRC Certifications
Mold remediation
Water and fire damage restoration
