Eagle Auto Repair is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team.
Job Description:
The Automotive Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining customer vehicles to their optimal performance, assuring customer satisfaction and retention. This Technician would have the opportunity to grow into a Leadership/Shop Foreman type of role, if desired.
Job Duties:
Diagnose and repair vehicles effectively and efficiently
Perform routine tune-ups and maintenance
Debrief shop manager on work assigned
Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order/log
Potentially train and/or mentor other team members
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience as an Automotive Technician
Knowledge of automotive diagnostic and repair equipment
Strong mechanical aptitude and exceptional troubleshooting skills
The ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
