MARKETING
-Collaboratively design and execute short (30 day), medium (90 day), and long term (180 day) marketing strategies and methods for homeowners, auto, commercial, and life insurance resources.
QUOTING and RE-QUOTING
-New business quoting from 10-10:30am (or until finished).
-Re-quoting necessary clients from 10:30-11am (or until finished).
-Re-quoting standards are:
Files with 15%+ renewal premium, or $80+ renewal rate.
Non-renewals, cancellations (call and email execution and tracking necessary).
EMAIL SERVICING
-Swiftly replying to all parties, even when action has not been taken.
-Handling of the following email tasks:
Quoting (see above)
Policy change servicing and tracking
PHONE SERVICING
-Answering all direct phone calls within two rings, with a smile on, and tracking calls.
WALK-IN SERVICING
-Standing, shaking clients’ hands with a smile, servicing, and tracking.
MAIL RECEPTION, SCANNING, and HANDLING
-Scan all mail to client accounts, call and email clients if:
Cancellation or Notice of Cancellation is present.
If client’s input or involvement is necessary.
If the client will benefit from awareness or reception of mail.
Specific hours (to start) are:
MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY 8am-12pm
-Independence and pay evaluation will be assessed at the 30 day, 60 day, and 90 day marks.
-Starting wage will be $8 per hour with opportunity for commission bonuses, with increases based on independence, proficiency, and performance level.
