5 to 6 years of working experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Certification in Employee Central mandatory
Should have worked on the data models, foundation objects & business rules
Worked on integration of Employee central with other modules & interfaces to third party systems
Should have Deep knowledge of Employee Central & its integration with other SuccessFactors modules
Strong Communication skills
Strong knowledge in CPI
