Chestnut Valley Town Homes On-Site Leasing Agent Full/Part Time Position
Compensation: DOE (employee is not required to live onsite but may) typically $9+ hour starting w/o experience.

This position is designed for an individual to perform duties of a leasing agent in a 115-unit town home community. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational skills as well as the ability to work with all levels of personnel.
The responsibilities and duties of this position will include, but are not limited to the following items areas:
Show prospective tenants vacant units
Process prospective tenant applications
Marketing rental listings
Experience using Outlook, Word, Excel, Facebook, Googledocs, Postlets and Craigslist, Zillow
Schedule lease signing appointments
Answer incoming phones and return calls
Assist in preparation of Documents, Spreadsheets, and Presentations
Post memorandums, notices and/or violations
Collect rents, fees, deposits and properly document all receipts
Sign new leases with new tenants
Hours are Monday-Friday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm, compensation DOE.
