208 Prime Valley Real Estate is looking for a full-time Assistant/Transaction Coordinator who is professional, positive, highly motivated and organized. Must have administrative and real estate experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be self-directed, have a strong motivation for success and is always looking to grow and learn.
Responsibilities-
Creating & executing marketing campaigns including but not limited to: print material, social media, email, phone calls, face to face & database management, & videos for online marketing content.
Transaction Coordination/managing a contract to close.
Follow up on leads
Set clients up on home searches
Calendar scheduling
Manage CRM database - set up and manage running of marketing campaigns
Running - pick up/drop off items to listings, attend inspections and other appointments, etc.
Communicate with prospective and current clients
Co/Host Open Houses
Qualifications:
Must have Administrative assistant experience
Experience in real estate transactions, documents and procedures
Flexible in daily routine; ability to prioritize and manage responsibilities
Ability to assess, prioritize and act quickly
Learning based and solution oriented
Deadline driven and extremely organized
Have excellent attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills
Strong computer skills, able to learn new programs quickly: Windows based PC programs; (i.e. OneNote, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google Docs).
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation:$15.00 hourly + Bonuses
